1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 3pm IST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Custom fabricated or made-to-order items may require 5–10 additional business days. Such items are clearly marked on the product page.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Certain heavy or oversized items (such as full body kits, roll cages, or custom fabricated parts) may carry an explicit shipping surcharge — this will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also track your order under My Orders in your account.
5. STORE PICKUP
Free in-store pickup is available at select Moneta Auto Mods locations. Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout and select your nearest store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect — typically within 1–2 business days.
6. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO ORIGIN
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the carrier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
