REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In original, unused, and uninstalled condition
• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Not a final sale, clearance, or custom-order item

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been installed on a vehicle
• Custom-fabricated or made-to-order parts
• Electrical components once removed from packaging
• Items sold as final sale or with non-returnable marking
• Items damaged due to improper installation

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email us at returns@monetaautomods.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to our warehouse using a trackable courier at your expense (unless the return is due to our error).

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain product categories
• Bank/payment gateway processing times may add 3–5 additional business days

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
